Cancellation Policy
There will be a 15 minute grace period. If you are past that mark, the appointment will be cancelled and the card on file will be charged 50% of the appointment fee and marked as a no-show/cancellation. Forfieting any deposit paid and rebooking requiring a new deposit to be paid.
